Rachel Rowe is an Autistic/ADHDer based in Byron Bay, Australia.

Rachel is a highly motivated social impact entrepreneur, neurodiversity advocate, public speaker and creative leader, with a proven track record over 30 years, in Australia and the UK. She is the founder of national charity Autism Camp Australia and the founder of global education platform The Autism & Neurodiversity MasterClass.

Rachel’s work choices have always been about promoting diversity and fostering social change, but she believes her most important role yet, is as an advocate for equality and inclusion for Autistic young people. She is passionate about driving life changing outcomes for Autistic people around mental health and wellbeing, employability, economic participation, education, and ultimately life expectancy.
